May (Year 2)

In May of year 2 the sheep can be seen scattered on the various fells assigned to Tarn House. The environment shown in these pictures is typical of a Cumbrian hill farm. Although conditions in winter are harsh, conditions in May are quite mild and although frosts can still occur the weather is unlikely to trouble the hardy Swaledales.
